Welcome to the Squishycraft Minecraft server! We are incredibly excited to have you join us in building and adventures on the server. Before you join, there are a few things that need to be covered. Please follow the guide below for the smoothest experience in joining the server and having a good time. We look forward to seeing you on there!
Before you begin, please ensure that you have read through the Code of Conduct and Requirements sections on the home page.
For anything not covered in the guide below, feel free to read the Common Questions & Issues section of the home page. If your question remains unanswered or issue unresolved, please feel free to reach out to the moderation team or the #minecraft channel on the Squishyish Discord.
Install Everything
Install Everything
Before you can join the server, we need to ensure that your version and files match what the server is expecting. Follow the 5 steps below to ensure the smoothest experience possible before adding and joing the server.

Download and install Java SE 21 (or higher) for your operating system if you have not already done so.

Update the Minecraft Launcher for your OS (Windows, Linux, etc.).

Download and install Fabric for 1.21.5.
For official support with installing Fabric, click here.
The installer should install to the default Minecraft folder location (%APPDATA%\.minecraft for Windows). However, if you have installed Minecraft to a different folder other than the default, you will need to point the Fabric installer to that directory instead.

Take a look at the list of required and optional mods before joining the server and download the modpack that best suits your needs.
